September Reading Challenge

I'm taking on a Read-a-thon in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

This September, I'm taking on my own Read-a-thon challenge and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Thank you!

What this means to us

Monday 3rd Aug
I'm taking part in this challenge to raise funds for an organisation that supported my family when we needed it most.

My daughter was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 when she was just 16 years old, and Teenage Cancer Trust supported her through her treatment. They provide much needed age-appropriate care, support, and resources, and make hospital stays less like hospital stays.

We can never thank TCT enough, so please help me raise some funds to enable them to help more young people when they need it.

Thank you,

Rachael
