September Reading Challenge

I'm taking on a Reading Challenge in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

This September, I'm taking on my own reading challenge and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Thank you!

Taking on the Teenage Cancer Trust September Reading Challenge

Tuesday 11th Aug

This September, I’m taking part in the Teenage Cancer Trust September Reading Challenge, challenging myself to get stuck into some brilliant books while raising money and awareness for an amazing charity.

As someone who absolutely loves reading, it feels like the perfect way to combine something I enjoy with doing something that can genuinely make a difference.

📖 My September goal

My aim is to make reading a much bigger part of my everyday routine throughout September. Whether that means picking up a book instead of scrolling before bed, taking my book with me when I’m out, or squeezing in a few extra chapters whenever I can, I want to really commit to the challenge.

I’m hoping to read a mixture of books throughout the month — including some that have been sitting unread on my TBR for far too long! 😂

I’ll be sharing my progress, mini reviews, favourite quotes, ratings and, hopefully, plenty of new recommendations along the way.

💛 Why Teenage Cancer Trust?

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing specialist nursing care and support to teenagers and young adults with cancer.

Cancer can completely turn someone’s world upside down, especially during such an important stage of their life. Teenage Cancer Trust helps make sure young people don’t have to face it alone, providing specialist support and creating spaces where they can meet others who understand what they’re going through.

That’s why I’m really happy to be supporting the charity through something as simple as reading.

☕📚 Come along with me

So, September is officially going to be a reading month.

More books.
More cosy evenings.
More TBR guilt being dealt with. 😂
And hopefully, some money raised for a fantastic cause along the way.

If you’d like to follow my challenge, I’ll be sharing my September reading journey here — and if you fancy joining in too, even better!

Here’s to a month of turning pages and making a difference. 💛📚
