September Reading Challenge

I'm taking on a Read-a-thon in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

I’ve signed up for the Teenage Cancer Trust Read-a-thon this September and decided to challenge myself to read 1,500 pages throughout the month.

I ended last year having only read 5 books. This year I started off small and challenged myself to read everyday throughout January and this has now escalated. So far this year I have read 40 books and have managed to keep a reading streak of 245 days, an achievement I am proud of.

Reading has become such a big part of my year, and what better way to honour my passion than being able to help raise money for an amazing cause.

I have set myself a challenge of reading 1,500-pages by the end of the month.

I’ve also chosen 10 books by authors who are new-to-me, giving myself the chance to discover new authors along the way. I’m excited to see how many I can get through and if I manage to complete all 10 books I will have read 3,612 pages.

I would appreciate it if you could sponsor or share my page please to raise money for a worthy cause. Cancer affects so many lives and it doesn’t discriminate against age, something that I have experienced in my family.
