I'm taking on a Read-a-thon in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

This September, I'm taking on my own Read-a-thon challenge and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Can't believe we are nearly at the end of our challenge. We have thoroughly enjoyed having a reason to read. 
By reading everyday we are, with your help, going to make a difference with young people with a cancer diagnosis. 

Books and T shirts

We have the books, we have the t-shirts. All we need now is donations. Whatever you can donate, big or small will make a difference to a young person with cancer.

On reflection I am changing my challenge to an hour a day rather than pages. Then if I want to carry on I can or I can stop. Some books are just harder put down.

Hello Everyone,
Sidney and I have set a challenge to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust by reading. I love to read but Sidney needs some encouragement. Sidney aims to read at least a chapter every day and I am aiming to read 2 books or 50 pages a day in September. We will be starting it now as we want to get started.
