September Reading Challenge

I'm taking on a Reading Challenge in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

This September, I'm taking on my own reading challenge and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Thank you!

My Updates

Hi

Tuesday 8th Sep
This September I will be taking part in Teenage Cancer Trusts Reading challenge. Each day my challenge will change, but the one thing that will stay the same is that for every £1 raised, I have to read a chapter of a book.

Teenage Cancer Trust holds such a special place in my heart as they were a huge support in my cancer journey at just 16.

I had Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Stage 4 at the young age of 16, and Teenage Cancer Trust made sure I wasn’t alone. By allowing me to participate in fun events, being there in the ward to bring the fun to all going through treatment, and overall just being a huge support network.

Reading is also something that helped me; and combing the both sounded perfect! So I can’t wait to do this challenge and have the most fun with it!

Thank you to my Sponsors
