I'm taking part in the Christmas Dip Challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust
This December, I'm doing cold water dips and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Tuesday 9th DecEmily & Katie take on the Teenage Cancer Trust Christmas Dip Challenge! 🧊❄️🥶
While most people plan to stay wrapped up warm over the festive season, we (Emily Fisher and Katie Hannen) are doing the complete opposite and are diving into Lake Ullswater… Not once. Not twice. But 3 times!!!
This year, we’re taking on the Teenage Cancer Trust Christmas Dip Challenge - plunging into the icy waters of Ullswater on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve.
3 freezing swims… all for an incredible cause.
Why Are We Doing It?
Because teenagers facing cancer deserve specialist care, support, and spaces where they can still be themselves. Teenage Cancer Trust provides exactly that, and every donation helps make some of the darkest days just that little bit lighter. We are also doing it in loving memory of Lucy Bland, who was supported by this amazing charity 💖
We are prepared (NOT!) for the icy water, will have a few laughs along the way, and are focused on supporting a cause close to our hearts.
