I'm taking on a Reading Challenge in September for Teenage Cancer Trust
This September, I'm taking on my own reading challenge and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

September Reading Challenge 📖💛
Thursday 27th AugThis September, I’m taking on a little challenge that combines two things I really care about: reading and helping others.
For the whole month, I’ll be reading for at least 30 minutes every day to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
If you know me, you’ll know how much I love books. Reading is such a huge part of my life, whether I’m escaping into another world, learning something new or just taking some time to switch off.
I wanted to find a way to use something I genuinely love to do something good. If I can use my passion for reading in any way, shape or form to help someone else, then I feel incredibly blessed to be able to do that.
I really believe in what Teenage Cancer Trust does because they recognise that young people with cancer are still young people. A cancer diagnosis can completely turn your life upside down, especially when you’re at an age where you’re figuring out who you are, making plans and building your future.
Teenage Cancer Trust provides specialist support and dedicated spaces for young people with cancer, helping them feel less alone and giving them the chance to still feel like themselves throughout such a difficult time.
So, throughout September, I’ll be sharing what I’m reading and hopefully encouraging other people to join me too!
