Why?
Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer.
We exist because cancer care wasn’t made for young people. Without us, a young person diagnosed with cancer today would find themselves lumped together with small children or much older adults.
We provide the sensitive, individual care and support young people need at the toughest and scariest time they’ve ever faced – so they can get through cancer, rebuild their life and shape their own future.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up?
When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically set up for you.
How can I track my push ups?
How long will my t-shirt take to arrive?
Once you have raised £10 or more your t-shirt will be sent and it will take up to 14 days for it to arrive. Please be patient and be assured we will get it to you as soon as possible.
Do I need to provide evidence to the charity that I've completed my push ups?
We trust you! You don't need to provide evidence that you've completed the challenge to us. Updating your friends and family on your fundraising page is important! Make sure you keep them posted on your progress and share videos and photos, the more the better.
Can under 18s take part?
Yes they can! While under 18s cannot join the Facebook group, they can still take part with a parent or guardian’s permission and fundraise through their page.
Do you have any images I can use on my fundrasier?
Yes, you can find them here to download.
Why do I need to fundraise to claim a t-shirt?
We are asking everyone who would like a t-shirt for the challenge to fundraise so that the costs of their t-shirt are covered.
Can I start late or early?
