I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust
This November, I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Best Version of Me Is Yet to Come.
Friday 9th Oct It's been a long time since I've genuinely pushed myself physically, tested my limits, and challenged my body to become stronger.Professionally, I've always been someone who thrives on targets. Give me a goal, and I'll do everything in my power to achieve it. I don't give up easily, and I certainly don't like leaving a challenge unfinished!
But this time, the challenge is about something far more important than personal achievement.
This November, I'm taking on 3,000 push-ups in 30 days to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
This is my opportunity to rebuild my physical strength, rediscover my discipline, and push beyond my comfort zone, all while supporting young people facing challenges far greater than a tough workout.
Every push-up will remind me why I started. Every donation, no matter how small, will give me another reason to keep going.
My personal challenge is 3,000 push-ups. My fundraising goal is £1,000.
