I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust
This November, I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.
Thank you!

💙 HALFWAY TO THE TARGET! 💪
Friday 16th OctI just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my fundraiser or shown their support for my Teenage Cancer Trust 3,000 Push Up Challenge! 🥹❤️ We’ve already raised £305 of my £600 target, meaning we’ve officially passed the halfway point — and that’s before the challenge has even started! I’m genuinely so grateful for every bit of support, and it’s amazing to know that all those push-ups will be going towards such an important cause. I’m excited to push myself, challenge my limits and put all those hours in the gym to good use! I’ve already started training and preparing for November because 3,000 push-ups is no small feat, but I’m ready to give it everything I’ve got. Thank you all for being part of this journey with me — every donation, share and kind word means more than you know. 💙💪
Hi I’m Tom
Thursday 8th OctHi everyone!
For those who don’t know me, I’m Tom, I’m 29, and I work in retail management. Outside of work, I’m a bit of a gym rat, fragrance enthusiast, music lover and former dancer! so I guess I’ve always been someone who enjoys keeping active and throwing myself into new challenges!
I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a while now and it’s become a really important part of my life. It’s helped me build confidence, push myself outside of my comfort zone and, most importantly, taught me that I’m capable of more than I sometimes think.
So when I came across the Teenage Cancer Trust 3,000 Push Up Challenge, I thought… why not? 😂
Full disclosure, I’m planning to get some extra reps in on the days I’m feeling good, so hopefully I’ll have a little bit of a push-up bank for those days when my arms are begging me to stop! 💪😂
I’ve been really fortunate that teenage cancer hasn’t personally affected me or my family. But that’s exactly why I wanted to take this opportunity to support young people who are going through something that I can’t imagine having to face.
I’m hoping to use something I already love, fitness, to raise as much money as I can for Teenage Cancer Trust and hopefully make even a small difference.
I’ve already raised more than I thought I could and I’ve not even started the challenge yet! 🥹💙
So thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my fundraiser, sent me a message or simply supported me. Every bit of encouragement means a lot.
Now I’ve just got to actually do the 3,000 push-ups… 😂
