From walking to the work building from the carpark knackering me out, to 3k Walk / Runs and Strava telling me Im crushing it & telling me where im jogging Fast / Slow... this is looking positive...  now just for the walks in the rain... - But were on the "Water Training"

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity providing specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. We’re here for anyone diagnosed with cancer aged 13-24, and their loved ones too.

Having had Cancer diagnosis on both Mine & My wifes family, I felt i could do this, to get a bit fitter & support Cancer.  And Teenage Cancer Trust, as I cannot fathom in my head how hard it must be for any Child / Childs Family to Hear the words "Its Cancer" - Its hard enough to comprehend as an Adult, let alone as a Child.
