Punishment list


I will be doing punishments for the donations I receive and posting them on Tik Tok the higher the amount the bigger the punishments. 

Below will be the punishments you can choose for me to complete depending on amount donated there are several options for price ranges from £1-£250 you can only select one punishment from one price range. Make sure when donating to contact me on which punishment you want me to complete. 

£1- 5 more press ups on the total 

£5- Ice bucket poured on me after finishing push ups for the day 

£5- wear goalie gloves for my push ups next for the day. 

£5- Add 50 push ups to the total 

£10- push ups at 6:00 in the morning 

£10- weighted push ups for the day 

£15- 100 push ups added to the total 

£20- 200 squats added to total 

£25- Banana and lemonade mile 

£25- 5k straight after push ups 

£30- Ten thousand calories challenge (can go of junk food if this challenge is activated for one day ) Failure to complete equals 100 push ups to the total 

£40- Public location to do press ups (you choose) 

£45- suit for my last exam ( exam is 11th June ) 

£50- 10k fancy dress (choose location ) 

£80- eyebrow slit 

£250- Buzz cut 

£275- You choose punishment!

Challenging myself to support Teenage Cancer Trust

Thursday 21st May
Through June 2026, I will be completing 3000 push-ups to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. 

Teenage Cancer Trust is an incredible charity that supports young people facing cancer by providing specialist care, support and treatment during some of the hardest times of their lives. I wanted to take on a challenge that would push me both physically and mentally while helping raise as much money and awareness as possible for such an important cause. 

To make the challenge more entertaining and encourage more donations, I’ll also be doing punishments and extreme challenges depending on how much is donated. The bigger the donations, the bigger the punishments. These could include things like extra push ups, ice baths, fancy dress and challenges chosen by supporters. 

I’ll be posting daily updates throughout June on Tik Tok showing my progress, punishments, workouts and fundraising milestones, so make sure to follow along and support the challenge. 

Any donation, no matter how small, would mean a lot and will go towards helping young people supported by Teenage Cancer Trust. Thank to all that donate, share and support the challenge.
