I'm doing 4,500 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust
This November, I'm doing 4,500 Push Ups over 30 days to raise funds and spread awareness to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support. While your donations are appreciated, I would also like you guys to spread the challenge to your friends and family so we can spread as much awareness as possible, this way the Teenage Cancer Trust will receive the most support and more people will improve both their physical and mental well being.
On top of the regular 3000 push ups in November,I've decided to do an extra 50 a day in support of Men's mental health month to show my support
Thank you for your support!
