I'm walking 60 miles with my dog in September for Teenage Cancer Trust

This September, I'm walking 60 Miles with my dog and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

Now, I know that 2 miles a day doesn’t seem a lot, but with me having COPD, Type 2 Diabetes and Cervical Spondylosis (amongst other things!), it’s certainly more of a challenge for me than Buddy!!

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.

Well, it’s day 1

Monday 1st Sep
Started today with Buddy, and after an easy calculation of only 2 miles per day to complete the challenge, it was much harder than expected!  But, that’s what COPD, Type 2 Diabetes and cervical stenosis will do for you!! (Me not the dog!)
Still, 1 day down, 29 to go!
