This June, I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.

All part of my 3000 push ups in June challenge 100 every single day raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust. They are the only UK charity just for 13 to 24 year olds facing cancer building specialist units and giving the support they need so no one fights alone. Day 7 Done – One Whole Week Complete ✅
 
I can not believe it but we have officially made it through the first full week of the challenge. 7 days down and 23 days still left to go.
 
Every single day this week I have got up and done my 100 push ups and today was no different. It is starting to get harder and my arms and shoulders are definitely feeling it but every rep is worth it. Today was extra special because my mum joined in to help. She only managed 5 push ups because that is all she can do but it meant the absolute world to me to have her there supporting and taking part even in a small way. It just shows everyone can help no matter how big or small the effort is.
 
This whole month I am taking on 3000 push ups in total that is 100 every single day all to raise money and awareness for Teenage Cancer Trust. They are the only charity in the UK that works entirely with young people aged 13 to 24 who are going through cancer. They build specialist units inside hospitals that are designed just for teenagers and young adults they fund nurses and support workers who truly understand exactly what you are going through and they help you keep up with college and stay connected to friends so life still feels like your own. They make sure no young person ever has to face this illness alone and that is such powerful work.
 
Cancer does not care how old you are and right now more young people are being diagnosed than ever before. 7 young people hear the words you have cancer every single day across the UK. Cases have gone up by 25 percent since the 1990s and nearly half of young people have to see their GP 3 times or more before anyone takes them seriously. Teenage Cancer Trust relies entirely on donations from people like us because they get no government funding and no NHS funding at all. Every single penny they spend comes from people stepping up and helping out.
 
Looking back on this first week I am absolutely blown away by what we have achieved together. We have raised 214 pounds in donations plus another 46 pounds through Gift Aid which brings us to a massive 260 pounds total in just 7 days. That is absolutely incredible and I could not have done any of it without every single one of you. Every like every share every comment and every donation means the absolute world to me and more importantly it means real help and support for young people going through the hardest time of their lives.
 
Even if you can only give 1 pound it all adds up and thanks to Gift Aid the charity gets an extra 25 percent back on every donation from UK taxpayers at no extra cost to you. If you are not able to donate right now that is no problem at all just sharing my page or my videos helps so much to spread the word.
 
We have done so much already but we still have 23 days left to keep pushing and raising as much as we possibly can. Thank you so much for being part of this journey with me for caring and for helping us make this June count for every young person fighting cancer.

Day 5 is officially complete. One hundred push‑ups done and dusted, and we are already halfway through the first week of this challenge.
 
I headed down to Ivybridge Leisure Centre right by the River Erme to get it done. It is such a great spot to train, there is fresh air and good energy all around, and it felt like the perfect place to finish those final reps. It was not easy at all. My legs felt heavy and my arms were burning by the end, but every single push‑up means something so much bigger than just exercise or fitness.
 
This whole challenge is all for Teenage Cancer Trust. They are the only charity in the UK that works entirely with young people aged 13 to 24 who are going through cancer. They build specialist units inside hospitals that feel right for teenagers, they fund nurses and support workers who truly understand what you are going through, and they help you keep up with college and stay connected to friends so life still feels like your own. They make sure no young person ever has to face this illness alone, and that is such powerful work.
 
Cancer does not care how old you are, and right now it feels like more young people are being diagnosed than ever before. That is exactly why this cause means the world to me. I wanted to take on this effort and turn every rep into real support, just to show them they have a whole community standing right behind them.
 
We have already raised £117 so far and honestly I am blown away. Every like, every share, every kind comment and every donation means absolutely everything. Even just £1 makes a real difference, and thanks to Gift Aid the charity can claim an extra 25% back on every donation from UK taxpayers at no extra cost to you. It means whatever you give goes even further to help them.

Wow… what a start! Day 1 is officially complete, and I’ve smashed out my first 100 push ups for the Teenage Cancer Trust June Challenge 💪.
 
I honestly cannot believe the support already it has been absolutely amazing! 🙌 Seeing so many of you liking, sharing, commenting, and getting behind this means the absolute world to me. And a huge, humongous thank you to every single person who has donated so far you guys are incredible ❤️. Every penny raised is going straight to such an incredible cause, and knowing I’m helping make a difference makes every rep worth it.

This charity is special – they are the only UK charity dedicated entirely to supporting young people aged 13–24 facing cancer. They understand that cancer hits differently when you’re young, so they build and fund specialist units in hospitals, provide expert nurses and youth support workers, and help young people keep up with education, stay connected with friends, and feel like themselves while going through treatment. They make sure no young person has to face cancer alone, and that is powerful work.
 
 
 
Personally? I am feeling geared up, fired up, and ready for absolutely anything ahead! 🔥 If Day 1 is anything to go by, this month is going to be something special. Muscles might be a little bit sore, but my mind is stronger than ever – I’m ready for every challenge, every ache, and every single push up left to do.

This June I'm taking on the 3,000 push ups challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust.

Cancer has touched so many of us. Almost everyone knows a loved one who has been affected by it and it feels like more children and young people are getting it these days. That's why this cause is really close to my heart.
