I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust
This November, I'm doing 3,000 Push Ups and raising funds to help ensure no young person faces cancer alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, the only UK charity who provides specialised nursing care and support for young people with cancer. I'd be grateful for your support.Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £25 could pay for an hour with a Youth Support Coordinator to help a young person cope with anxiety and isolation during cancer treatment.
Thank you!

My November Challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust
Wednesday 15th Oct Lately, I’ve been getting more serious about fitness spending time in the gym, learning discipline, and pushing myself to become stronger both physically and mentally. But this November, I want to take that effort beyond just personal progress.I’ve decided to take on the 1000 Push-Up Challenge in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust. It’s a cause that means a lot helping young people face one of the hardest battles imaginable. If I can use something as simple as push-ups to raise awareness and funds that make a difference, I’m all in.
This challenge isn’t just about the reps; it’s about resilience, consistency, and giving back. Over the month, I’ll be pushing myself every day to hit that 1000 mark, sharing my journey along the way. Whether it’s early-morning sets, sore arms, or small wins, I’ll be documenting it all.
If you’d like to follow along or support the cause, keep an eye out for updates or better yet, join me and take on the challenge yourself. Every push-up counts. 💪
