Why?

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer.” They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through it.

We’re the only UK charity providing this support. Every push-up you do this June will help meet this vital need and ensure no young person faces cancer alone.

How do I sign up?

To sign up to the challenge, register for your t-shirt and fundraising pack here.  Please note, t-shirts will be sent when you raise £10 or more. 

When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically set up for you. 

Why do I need to fundraise to claim a t-shirt?

We are asking everyone who would like a t-shirt for the challenge to fundraise so that the costs of their t-shirt are covered.

How long will my t-shirt take to arrive?

It will take 14 days for your t-shirt to arrive. Please be patient and be assured we will get it to you as soon as possible.

Can under 18s take part?

Yes they can! However, they will need take part with a parent or guardian’s permission and fundraise through their page. 

What if I don't complete the challenge?

The only thing that matters is that you challenge yourself. Do as much as you can. Every squat helps.

Can I start late or early?

Of course! The challenge officially starts in February, however, if you would like to start early or a bit later that is absolutely fine. As long as you challenge yourself, that is all we ask.
