Is there a fundraising target?

There is no fundraising target for this challenge - we just ask you to raise as much as you can for young people affected by cancer.

Once you register for the challenge and set up a fundraising page, we'll send your t-shirt. Please note it may take up to two weeks to arrive. We ask everyone to do their best to fundraise for the challenge so the t-shirt costs are covered.

Absolutely. You can collect sponsorship in any way you like. We simply recommend creating a fundraising page for this challenge as they're easy and hassle free, but if you'd like a sponsorship form, you can download one here.

It will take up to 14 days for your t-shirt to arrive. Please be patient and be assured we will get it to you as soon as possible.

Can I start late or early?

Of course! The challenge officially starts in June. However, if you would like to start early or a bit later that is absolutely fine. As long as you challenge yourself, that is all we ask.

Do I need to provide evidence to the charity that I've completed by push ups?

add remove
We trust you! You don't need to provide evidence that you've completed the challenge to us. Updating your friends and family on your fundraising page is important! Make sure you keep them posted on your progress and share videos and photos, the more the better.

Who are Teenage Cancer Trust?

add remove
Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words "you have cancer". They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through it. We're the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need- so no young person faces cancer alone.
